Online Registration:

- Register on TeamSnap at      https://go.teamsnap.com/forms/520335
- Payments can be made online by credit card. Payment plans are available.
- Middle School and Elementary players from other school districts are welcome to register as long as their district does not have an inline team.

Fees and Deadlines:
- The base fee for the season will be $875.
- There will not be any fundraising fees this season. 
- The first payment of $325 is due at registration. (Must be paid PRIOR to participating in evaluation dates).
- Registration fees must be paid prior to player evaluations for all players. NO EXCEPTIONS.**

Refund Policy:
We will enforce a strict refund policy. The registration fee is non-refundable, with only one exception - if a player decides to withdraw  PRIOR to Team announcements, $250 will be refunded.  A $75 administration fee will be withheld.  NO refunds will be given after teams are formed and announced.

• Season runs from September 2026 - March 2027
• One practice per week (weeknight)
• Typically one game per week (Saturday and/or Sunday)
  
• Most practices are held at RMU Island Sports Center. Some practices/events may be held at Butler Family Sports Center and/or Grove City YMCA.
• Elementary games are held at Bridgeville HockeyPlex
• Middle School games are held at Murrysville Sportzone and RMU Island Sports Center
• High School games are held at RMU Island Sports Center
  

HS/Varsity (Grades 9-12 in the Fall)

• Tuesday, May 26 from 7:30-9:00pm @ Butler Family Sports Center
• Tuesday, June 2 from 7:30-9:00pm @ Butler Family Sports Center
• *Thursday, June 4 from 6:30-8:00pm @ Grove City YMCA (INVITE ONLY)
   *3rd HS/Varsity Tryout will only be utilized if necessary. Players will be notified on June 3 if they need to attend the extra tryout slot

Middle School (Grades 6-8 in the Fall) and Elementary (Grades 2-5 in the Fall)

• Tuesday, May 26 from 6:00-7:15pm @ Butler Family Sports Center
• Tuesday, June 2 from 6:00-7:15pm @ Butler Family Sports Center
  

6th Grade Players:- PIRHL has decided that 6th graders can play in the Elementary level, provided there are no more than two (2) sixth graders on a team.  All teams in the league are subject to the (2) player maximum. If your 6th grade player would like to play in the MS division, please register them in the MS division.  If your player is new to inline or would like to play at the Elementary level if possible, please register at the Elementary level.  Please understand that only (2) sixth graders per team will be able to play at the Elementary level. 

Team Evaluations and Placement Notes:
*Team evaluations will be a closed session. NO SPECTATORS/PARENTS ALLOWED
*Regarding team placements: Placement on a prior team does NOT guarantee placement for the upcoming season. It is possible that a returning player may be moved up or down a team/tier if evaluation process deems it necessary due to other players being stronger candidates, as well as, prior coaches input. It is of great priority to allow for a fair evaluation and placement for each player.

• Uniforms for skaters include two jerseys (white and black) and one set of pants. Goalies are required to have two jerseys (no pants). 
  • Home Jersey - $65
  • Away Jersey - $65
  • Pants - $65
• PIRHL requirements state that all SV players must wear matching pants and jerseys.
• Payment for the uniform is due when the order is placed.  All players must be sized for uniforms at evaluations.  Uniforms are non-refundable due to personalization.
• All uniform orders need to be placed before June 10, 2026. Orders placed after June 10th will not arrive by the start of the season.
