Evaluation Information - Update #2

The player evaluation schedule is still being finalized. The tentative dates are as follows:

May 30th - Middle school night #1
May 31st - Elementary night #1
June 4th - JV/Varsity
June 6th - Middle school night #2/Possible Elementary night #2

Updated Evaluation Dates

Parents and Players,

Player Evaluations for ALL Players (Elementary, Middle School, Junior Varsity & Varsity) will be held the in the next few weeks.This year is different in that Elementary Players will be evaluated at this early date as well.

The dates are as follows:

May 30th, 31, June 4th & 6th. Each night is 6-9pm @Harmarville.

2012-2013 Season Registration is Open for Returning Players!

Mail In Registration
Returning players can mail in their registration form with payment to the address listed at the bottom of the form. Please print one of the following forms, based on what grade your hockey player will be in this Fall (2012-2013 school year). We will continue to use the same jersey design as in 2011-2012, so returning players only need to order a new jersey if they need a new size. You can order a jersey on the mail in registration form if you know what size you want, but they are non-refundable if you choose the wrong size.

Fees and Deadlines
Elementary (Grades 2-5 in Fall 2012):
Registration fee: $275
New Uniform (Jersey) fee: New players will pay for a white jersey and will receive a black jersey at no charge, donated by the association. Any returning player who needs a new or larger size jersey will have to pay for both a white and black jersey. Fees are $55 for white jerseys and $25 for black jerseys.

Any child registering for the elementary program after June 15, will be put on a waiting list. No extra fee will be charged, but they will not be guaranteed a spot on a team.

Middle School, JV, and Varsity (Grades 6-12 in Fall 2012):
Early Registration Fee (before May 9, 2012): $275
Registration Fee (May 9 to June 15, 2012): $325

***There will be a discount for goalies and multiple players per family.

Walk-In Registration We will be holding walk-in registration for new players, or returning players who want to get sized for a new uniform jersey. We will have sample jerseys for sizing at walk in registration. We will continue to use the same jersey design as in 2011-2012, so returning players only need to order a new jersey if they need a new size. Registration Fees for all players at walk-in registration will be $275. We will NOT be having the apparel sale at Walk-in registration; it will be at a later date.

Walk-in registration Dates:
May 2, 2012 from 6:00 – 9:00 pm at Rowan Elementary Cafeteria
May 8, 2012 from 6:00 – 9:00 pm at Cranberry Municipal Center, Room 1
